Welcome to Ranji Corporate Trophy

The Ranji Cricket Committee of Ireland welcome you to this message about the major multicultural sporting event which will take place in Civil Service Cricket Club, Phoenix Park this Summer. On August 27th 2016, teams representing some of the most famous Irish and global companies will compete in a fun cricket tournament inspired by the 'Maharajah of Connemara', the legendary Ranji. As well as a sporting contest, this will be family fun day out with music, food and festivities rich in the spirit of India. Already people are calling it the Malahide Mela. This event is free to enter for all spectators and we wish to thank our hosts, Civil Service Cricket Club based in Phoenix Park for their kind provision of the finest ground. Funds raised on the day from raffles and other activities will be donated to our nominated charity, Educate Together and Irish Guide Dogs for Blind. The purpose of this unique one-day event is to celebrate the game of cricket, which brings so much enjoyment to Irish and Indian enthusiasts alike. Amateur players will play short, quick games in their chosen team colours.
